Beautiful people drinking and talking a lot, even if about nothing. It's all in the title. The interesting bits are the unspoken ones. It's probably not easy to get them across with improvisation, but the cast does a good job with it.
There are no big surprises, but one shouldn't expect those in mumblecore-/slice-of-life-movies like this one. It serves its purpose and entertains in spite of its perceived triviality.
"I think eight months is enough time to know whether this is going to work."
Seeing a few people call it human movies and for some reason that cracks me up. People working, drinking and just being normal friends... I dig it.
I liked the movie a lot. I thought it was your classical romance movie, but it really isn't. It's a little boring in between but i thought it was good overall.
Most unrealistic thing is the amount of beer the protagonists drink all day. They should be really fat to be realistic.
With 2 strong leads and 2 good supporting characters this movie did not disappoint in the acting department. Dialogue was quite nice too. But the whole story (and especially the ending) left me unsatisfied.
Good cast, but a bit disappointed with the slow pace and the plot in general. Wouldn't watch it again, as much as I looove Olivia :/
Whilst the casting itself was great, I thought this film was really slow and didn't really have much of a plot to it. Happy to say I've watched it but I don't think I'd go out of my way to watch it again.
It's hard to mine something new when it comes to movies about the blurred lines between friendships and relationships and this movie certainly did not find any new ground. I think the setup is good enough - two co-workers have a little thing for each other and then when they go on a couples weekend things get complicated. There is a slow burn to the movie and the drama is unspoken, which is good. The problem is what is actually spoken. You could watch this movie on fast-forward with the sound off and still get the movie and that's not a compliment. It was like we were just following these people around through their mundane lives while we waited for a scene where the story is moved forward. Also, it is billed as a comedy and it is certainly a drama. It gets a few more points for the ending.

If Olivia & Jake weren't in this I would've given it a 3. Pretty brutal.. Don't waste your time!
That movie sucks, the worst movie of 2013. My opinion.
total waste of time, precious lifetime wasted
At least it was a short movie...
The plot is weak. Acting is weak. Screenplay is weak.
There is no plot or humor. There is lots and lots of beer though. I was so extremely bored.
Good cast but a very VERY boring movie. I just gave up after 30 minutes...
gave up after twenty minutes.

I really liked this one. Acting was good, dialogues too, it really felt real life. But the ending though...
