The fuck did I just watch, annoyingly painful soundtrack score, terrible acting, some shit directing and sound effects. Lacks any tension whatsoever. There isn't much you can do with a plot like that so whoever came up with the idea of this movie was horny asf. Not much to say really.
Very similar story to Coralie Fargeat's Revenge (2018): 3 hunters abuse a woman in a desert setting while she fights to get back at them. Yet where Revenge celebrates empowerment, Fair Game wallows in victimization. Every time the twisted hunters let the woman go, she runs back to antagonize them even more so they abuse her even more. The open spaces in the Australian Outback are apparently filled with WTF.
Working in the Outback, a pretty, young conservationist is terrorized by poachers, but she quickly turns the tables and is rather proactive in paying back the backwards rednecks. It's a fun revenge thriller. Tell me again how there are no strong female protagonists...
Beautiful actress, check. Ozsploitation, check. Goofy characters, guns, torture and violence, check. Movie itself is fine, not much of a script to go on though. The 2017 film Revenge tries to create a very similar film albeit with significantly more gore and having nothing to do with a farmer trying to protect her farm and reserve.

The poster gave off Mad Max meets Wolf Creek vibes so it piqued my interest. Turns out it kinda is that mix but all it did was make me want to watch those two. A crossbreed of action and horror but underwhelming in both categories. It's a fine-looking movie with 80's aesthetics and a natural outback setting. I like the night scenes with the blue lighting in the forest. A good score except in the last 30 minutes it became too intense and annoying for some reason. Too much rince repeat, the action sequences are generic and the kills are unsatisfying. Also, the animal cruelty is off the charts.
