One of the best comedies in decades!
One of the most weirdest films I have ever seen!
I have never attempted to watch something so bad in my life.
First of all it has no dialogue, but it's not done in a way that makes sense, it's like they filmed it and forgot to record the actors microphones and just left it out.
It also looks like the kind of film a 14 year old would film for his school work (that kind of quality anyway, the topics covered are slightly stronger than that).
In the end I only got 10 minutes in, and that is only because I wanted to see how bad it could get, before I got bored of it.
This film features probably the most manic and sexually disturbed family since Visitor Q. Kim Ki-duk has always had some dark themes and cruelty in his movies but he tops himself with this. Here we have penis amputation, mastrubating through self-abraison and knife gouging, rape and incest. If any of this sounds unacceptable to you you shouldn't even bother.
The movie is told without dialogue which is a bit odd in some places but this somehow works really well with the low budget indie style. The actors manage to pull of this crazy story with Lee Eun-woo even playing a double role.
Are there any merits of watching the film? Probably not unless you want to see how far you can push to achieve a dark, sometimes comic, family drama.

I've see some weird movies (swedish, french, Japanese, south American etc etc...). I didn't think I could be made to turn from the screen & put my hands over my eyes anymore. However "Ki-duk Kim" writer/director reached deep into that dark space within his twisted soul and pulled this bad boy up for all to ponder.
