Imagine Scarface remade as Bugsy Malone without the action of the former or the music (and charm) of the latter.
While this film isn't based on a true story, it is based on the real phenomenon of so-called 'baby gangs' in Naples, where groups of tweens and teens wreak havoc in the city. Apparently, Italian lads are well behaved (and affectionate--if I'd grabbed my mates like these boys grab each other, I wouldn't have survived high-school!), for this is far more tame than I'd have thought or liked.

Well that was pointless. Kids with guns is not such an original idea afterall. Not to mention the poor performance of the entire cast. Watch it if your life depends on it.
