A bunch of films with White people in them, and can involve White culture. They have to show them in a positive light, that's really it. This is built off Yggdrasil's pro-White list and many others from forums/greentext boards. These are what I'd consider great films, most of which teach good morals, that feature predominantly White casts. Given the extreme anti-White rhetoric plaguing American mainstream right now, it's nice to have a reliable list of watchable films. This list encompasses all genres, that's why it's a mess.

If you have a problem with this list existing, move on. There are plenty of racial pride lists for other ethnicities on Letterboxd, including black nationalism. This is just to catalog the best of cinema featuring Europeans.

The following is a list of movies from 1920-2024. Movies within were in the top ten of both Trakt’s Popular & Trakt’s All Time Watched in each of their respective years. The exception to that sole guideline above was the years; 1920-1929, 1930-1934, 1935-1939, 1940-1944, & 1945-1949, where the top twenty in each were cross referenced as a group as opposed to individual years.

This is a list of my favourite silent movies (so far).

This book was published in 2010 and has films ranging from 1903 to 2009. There are actually 102 movies on it because Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 are listed as a single entry in the book. Twenty-four cross over with the 1,001 Movies list, while 78 are unique.

hbo movies

This is a loosely ranked list of all the films I've seen that are tagged with the "Action" genre. I'm a huge fan of the genre, enjoying it more than any other, and I wanted a way to document what I like and don't in the genre. Hence this list.

When I rate films, I rate based on my overall enjoyment of them, and not as examples of any particular genre. So the top portion of my list is a ranking of every film I've rated at least 8/10, but ranked specifically as Action movies. So a film like Harakiri (1962), which I find to be a flawless film, doesn't rise to the top, as it's not a great "Action Film" so it gets ranked lower.

After the ranked portion, I've grouped all subsequent ratings alphabetically. So all the films I rated 7/10 are grouped alphabetically, followed by the 6/10 rated films, and so on.
