If you read the title then saw the picture of Vinnie Jones with a huge meat tenderizer on the cover and thought, Neat, you won't be disappointed.
It's a Clive Barker story, so that should say something, but more "Hellraiser" than "Nightbreed" as far as violence goes.
It's got a fair amount of gore. There's some human suffering, (but not much).
It's interesting, is paced pretty well, and has a good cast who all play their parts well.
The CGI blood effects are a bit off putting. But overall good movie
Didn't understand what the big deal was.... I may watch it again sometime, but honestly, I just didn't understand what this was all about.
Nothing special. I expected something atmospheric and tense but it was just average slasher with crazy cgi
Probably Coopers stupidest Movie ever!
Clive barker did a good job. Plot was intriguing especially the ending unexpected, acting of lead actors were good .Mix up of genre makes it a standout,I enjoyed it....
too much gory and blood..

Honestly I didn't think that it could be as good as it turned out to be!
When I started to watch it my guess was that I was about to see a film that it would simply be a carnage with not too much plot (not that it would have been a bad thing, if made it in the right way) and, partially, is it like that... gorefest and blood spilling all around but also an interesting background for the whole story, for the reasons behind the slaughtering.
Plot is solid and actors are good.... also some really interesting filmaking choices.
Gladly surprised :)
