Transcendent, punishing, rewarding, beautiful, astonishing, grisly, brilliant, and cathartic. Just give Leo the Oscar already.
oh, how dramatic...fighting for survival, crawling and rather eating raw meat. But in background more than one campfire, and cooked meat would give the body more calories. Also near death cannot move & cannot do anything about the killing of the other guy and attemped murder on himself in the beginning, later as he is alone no problem with walking and such stuff. The movie is trying too hard to impress the audience instead of being realistic dramatically.
Sound and picture perfect. And no comments needed on Leo, hope he get his Oscar this time.
But still there's something bothering me, can't put my finger on it though. It may be that it's just to long, for me.
But truly a movie worth seeing.

Great camera work, stunning images, amazing acting.
there's not a lot of dialogue in the movie, but most of it (the parts in English) I could have done without.
When I click on the various links I get a different movie.

Movie very good visually, with Alejandro G. Iñárritu brand visible in those long plans. However, the film is too long for the story that counts. Too bad Leo, but I think it will not be this year that you will win the Oscar...

By far the best movie of 2015!! Wow, what a performance Leo did in this. Truly outstanding story and superb acting. If you get a chance to go see this movie, DO IT!! It really is remarkable!!
It's a really real movie. When you wacht is like be in there, into the movie. It's so deep and have a great acting. I really liked!

The trailer alone looks fucking amazing. I know that DiCaprio is great at picking good gigs, so you know this is going to be great. Not to mention Alejandro González Iñárritu.
