Rewatched again the other day and this still holds up, the origin of so many popular culture jokes and references, this SNL bunch really shine. Car pool Karaoke, Youtubers, That's what she said...all owe a nod to Myers and Carvey.
Thought this was a bit stupid to be honest. There were good points and some laughs but I guess just not my kind of humour.
A classic and true rom-com.
Wayne's World just isn't that funny. It might have been in '92, but Jim Carrey has owned the ridiculously stupid humor genre since '94. On the rare occasions that I want absurdity, there are better movies to reach for.
Too bad some of the jokes are only understood in the US.
