Chronologycal order of movies and TV episodes which can view as or at least not interfere with canon.
- Bardock stories as the first has mentioned in the main series and the other as it's sequel
- Dragon Ball obviously
- Dead Zone as it has been referenced in Z
- Dragon Ball Z and Kai with mixed order followed up Caleus's list on reddit. Shortened events from Kai, but filler episodes from Z. Caleus heavily recommends stopping halfway through episode 95 of Z if you want to save the SSJ transformation for Kai. Though Kai has somewhat censored pictures. Episodes 170 and 171 of Z are takes place halfway through episode 85 of Kai, that I can not indicate with this list. If you want to skip the fillers just go along with Kai. If you choose to watch fillers with Z prepare for repeated events. I am watching with Z episodes as create this list but personally think fillers rather annoying, so I'm with Kai.

198419901994Balthazar Bastian Bux (Mark Rendall) is now twelve years old and has lost some of his earlier imagination. Then it comes back to him after his mother’s death. He finds The Neverending Story in a shop and finds amazing characters in this book, like heroes, villains, knights, and dragons in a place named Fantasia. Bastian’s alter ego, Atreyu (Tyler Hynes), fights against an evil force called Nothing, which wants to ruin Fantasia and destroy the young Empress who rules it. Atreyu runs into Fly Girl (Stephanie Buxton), who is trying to give back dreams to Fantasian residents through a machine which looks like a Luck Dragon called Falcore. Atreyu is attracted to Fly Girl. Other characters include Dark Princess Xayide (Victoria Sanchez).
The Childlike Empress lies in limbo between life and death and the only hope for her kingdom lies in the ability of a young boy to transcend the boundaries of fantasy in this tale of myth and magic that is certain to capture the imagination.
