Best episode of the season! I couldn't even tell they had to shorten it from 10 to 8 before reading some comments here. The whole season was nothing more than an intro for what is to come, anyway. Season 2 will be the real deal, it will give us the actual show, and this episode set the tone and premise for it just nicely.

Also, loving all the Jesus Christs! So much swag going on, there.

See y'all next year!

ALRIGHT YALL im fucking SICK AND TIRED of watching finale episodes of shows without knowing its the finale

It should be noted that the show had to cut 2 episodes worth of content from the original 10 episodes order due to dissatisfaction with the materal produced, so if this episode feels not satisfying enough for a season finale... well, now you know why.

Whatever doubts I had about this show have vanished. I feel the entire first season has lead me around the way Wednesday lead Shadow, and I am leaving a believer. One of the best hours of television that will be made this year.

Give Kristen Chenoweth her Emmy now.

I would have completely lost it if Willem Dafoe would have had a cameo as one of the Jesuses

I am ODIN! This was a long time coming. Nice moment. Funny part with all the Jesuses. The whole season was like an intro, ending with the declaration of war. Hope there will be more episodes to the next season and things can move on. Plot thickens with more treachery, Wednesday really wanted Shadow, even before the start, and screwed him over to get him, we still don't know why. Great episode.

Brilliant!! It is all just a presentation of a war coming, from the begining of season. I knew that!

Awesome episode but it's true it didn't look like the final one. I loved Ostara btw.

Season one started off really really good. However, towards the middle of the season, it has really lost it's cohesiveness.Actually, if I were to be honest, a lot of things didn't make sense from the start of the show. However, I didn't want to rush to judgement, and I really wanted to give this the benefit of the doubt. But, Honestly, I'm really not sure if I want to continue with the show. Too many people have told me they've lost interest by season 3. So far, the only good thing about this show is the amazing special effects. And the only character I really like so far is, Ian McShane. What an amazing actor!!!

This episode was fun with all the Jesus stuff in it. Including the intense stuff, they tackled at the end.

Thought the season started off strong, and kept it up until about episode 6. That's about when everything hits the fan and caring about any single one of the characters anymore has no meaning or purpose. Meh.

The Jesus Christ that was on the water that Shadow spoke with sounded like Baldur from God of War. I already know who Shadow is despite not reading the book but was that intentional? Was the actor for him the same guy who was the voice actor for Baldur in the game?

Lol since the first time I heard his name was Wednesday I was like "is he supposed to be odin?:o"

Absolutely amazing. Giving power back to Spring, I love it. The absolute transformation of her character when coming back into her power.

The emphasis on get yourself a queen. Giving Both Bilquis and Ostara their power again.
I love it

The show runers want us to root for the new gods right?
i mean who would actually want people that are starving the whole planet to death, because they have attention deficit disorder, to win.
