I really liked this season.It was almost as good as Asylum,up until this finale.The finale was horrible.
This season as a whole was intense,confusing at times and actually pretty scary(leaving you at the edge of your seat type of thing)and THIS is how it ends?!

Great season, best one since Assylum. It has an incredible end, a perfect timing and great characters. The lenght and quantity of the chapters are also good. Adina Porter has been THE best.
Roanoke is a great season.. At the same level as Murder House. My fav is still Asylum.
You know what was missing in this season? A god damn INTRO!
I can only hope Adina Porter becomes a regular.

I still can't accept the fact that Adina Porter was listed as a guest star throughout the season, whereas other actors only played in 2-3 episodes and were listed in the main cast
I felt this was a truly lackluster season. I wanted to like it, but it just fell flat in so many ways and the "twist" was not enough to save it, for me. I still like it better than Freak Show, but that is really not saying much.
Definitely one of the better seasons of AHS.

Also, I agree, Adina Porter IS a regular...she was the driving force the whole second half of the season.

this season started great, i loved the whole mockumentary style, but the ending and episodes from 6 onwards were weaker and weaker. i still hope that ahs will get it together
Loved this season! Definitely my favorite one. I was expecting a tad bit more for the finale, yet it was still bloody and fun to watch.
It was pretty good until we got to this bad season finale.
This season started out so good, but ended so so bad. Unfortunately, it's gone pretty much downhill since Asylum (my favorite).

This was terrible. Possibly the worst finale (and even episode of television) that I've ever watched. The concept was absolutely dreadful.
This season is just worst, after watching first episode I was hoping it is going to be better. But it never did.

Thanks be that this god awful season has come to an end. Its been the worst season so far for me with the most pathetic finale ever . WTF was it for ?. Just making up the season to ten episodes. Some dreadful acting to boot. How this got recomissioned after this I can't understand.
Worst season ever? The firsts episodes were like "meh..ok.." then it got a little cooler... then it got soooo boring. OMG! The hotel season was so "cool, wow!", i was hoping more! Let's wait and see what season 7 will bring to us. Hope it will get good again.
My favorite season is still Asylum (and probably always will be), but I think Roanoke was pretty good too. I liked the first 9 episodes very much, this last one was a bit unnecessary in my opinion and didn't really fit with the others, but overall I liked this season a lot.

What a disappointing finale, this season had all the potential to be great, and it was for a few episodes, then just all became very similar unfortunately.
