Competitors as young as 15 return to take on seasoned veterans in this first round of competition from the Alamodome. Four new obstacles are featured, including Carnival, Salmon Roll, the Serpent, and Roller Coaster.

The finals return to Las Vegas where the ninjas face up to 8 super-sized obstacles in Stage 1, including the new “Three Ring Circus” and “Tetherball.” Those that finish within the time limit advance to Stage 2.

The National Finals conclude in Las Vegas as the remaining competitors move on to Stages 3 and 4 for their chance to win $1 million and become the next American Ninja Warrior.
Ten ninja families compete relay-style on a 6 obstacle course in teams consisting of 3 family members. The top 4 teams face off in a Power Tower tournament but only one family will be crowned American Ninja Warrior Family Champions.
Twelve elite female competitors battle in the American Ninja Warrior Women's Championship. The competitors compete across two daunting courses, and the top four advance to race head to head on the Power Tower. The winner takes home $50,000.
