Good episode overall and enjoyed seeing Oliver and Diggle on the opposite side of each other for a second, it was cool learning a bit more about Diggle's past in the army as well and seeing him get an episode with a personal villain and how ultimately Oliver and Diggle work great together. I also like seeing more and more of Malcolm Merlyn now when we know who he really is and i liked the further exploration of Tommy's and Laurel's relationship.
John Barrowman plays such a good bastard whatever he's in. I just hope it doesn't cause a Peter Parker, Harry Osborn situation between Oli and Tommy.
another episode that reimagines characters in the comic books in a more realistic way
we get the Blackhawks
in this episode instead of air Force fighters
they are a group of ex military term private security turn bank robbers
it's a solid episode nothing special there's good character development for deagle though
Shoot a LCD screen with an arrow, get fireworks? OK then… And you'd think they could have come up with a more plausible way to feature Microsoft/Windows (which likely helped fund the show, given the brand placement) than logos on the monitors, since Microsoft doesn't sell/brand those.

I didn't expect the guy from Oliver's past to be working with the mercenary guy.
