In 1999, Søren Baisgaard flees the country, leaving his wife and two children without an explanation. A few hours earlier, he had been exposed in massive fraud in DSB. Instead of a prison sentence in Denmark, he flees to Phuket in Thailand and leaves a farewell letter with the words: "Søren is dead". His wife and two children can not move on with their lives, so in 2012 they try to get a death sentence passed on Søren. But here the case takes an unexpected turn. A man calls the court in Glostrup and says: '' It's Søren Baisgaard… '' The uncertainty is still alive, so now the family is asking TV 2 for help to get a final sentence in the case. Is Søren still out there?
Fredrick leaves his apartment in Næstved in August 2015. He tells his family that he is going to Hamburg for a few weeks.
