BILL repays all debt. He gives FONG some money to start some small businesses. TIM feels very guilty as KEUNG was sacked because of helping him. He invites KEUNG to work in his firm as accountant. KEUNG agrees. BILL does not know how to win LEUNG`s favour. LEUNG is very dissatisfied with BILL. TIM helps BILL to get rid of the embarrassed situation.
