4x19 Two Brothers

• Wow! What an episode! Mappa really did an amazing job with this one
• Cole and Falco’s scene was so emotional, however I feel it was more hard hitting in the manga. I remember crying and having to pause while reading it…
• On another hand, poor Falco didn’t deserve such an ugly titan!!
• Reiner surrendering to his fate after “completing” his mission in an effort to return Falco to Gabi only to have Porco beat him to it and save Falco himself was so touching!!
• I totally missed the symbolism of Eren not catching the ball in the manga

The way Reiner always called Porco by his last name, Galliard, but calls “Porco!” at the last moment.

The title “Two Brothers” fits perfectly for Eren and Zeke, Falco and Colt, and Porco and Marcel.

In manga, Eren getting decapitated was the end of the chapter and we had to wait for a month lmao. Some torture that was.

So this episode as a whole was just great and here are some of the best moments (spoilers ahead):

When Eren was running to connect with Zeke, Gabi was able to do a whole 360 NoScope just to shot Eren's head down. Now I hate her even more.

Also the paths were beautiful and also enjoyed Uno moments that both Eren and Zeke did. Such a wonderful to show, how UNO can destroy friendships.

Welcome to the next level of the story!

Scream felt and looked truly horrifying. Poor Reiner.
I love how much time was spent on establishing that time just stopped for everyone else. Not so easily accomplished in the original medium;)

Convenient vow rules are so convenient.

I'm looking forward to manga spoiler Will they change anything important about the paths? Maybe they would be more clear on Eren's limits of futurevision if such limits existed.
