The whole Garibaldi threat needs to resolve fast because it's dragging through the whole season and it has no meat left on the bone for quite some time now.
It's been eleven years since I saw this the last time and I don't remember specifics. Could be I remember it subconciously but I think the Psi-Corp brainwashed Garibaldi to get to Edgars. And getting Sheridan in the process would be an added extra.
