Meet the Manscapers: three best friends and business partners who design lush backyards and outdoor spaces across New York City and beyond. James sets the team up with a job in the suburbs, but problems arise when Mel and the construction team strike water while building a stone patio. Meanwhile, Garrett creates a beach-inspired rooftop meadow for a couple in Brooklyn, but things get hot while adding some extra flare to the project’s planter boxes.
The Manscapers must get creative to deliver a colorful backyard makeover after learning their new suburban clients are allergic to bees! At the same time, James and Mel mix their work and personal lives by agreeing to landscape an East Village rooftop for a good friend and fellow yoga instructor. Last minute additions, limited access, and cuts to schedules keep the Manscapers scrambling.

The farm has never hosted a wedding before, and a hurricane forced the couple that’s getting married to call off their ceremony once before. The stakes are high as James, Mel, and Garrett construct the ceremony site, landscape a honeymoon suite, and prepare arrangements for the reception in hopes of pulling off the perfect wedding.
The Manscapers are back and business is better than ever - they’ve expanded their clientele and they have more projects than they can handle. Success isn’t always easy and even harder to maintain when everyone has a different opinion of how the business should be run. The trio must win over a demanding client and his pregnant wife with a major “wow factor.” Meanwhile, James and Garrett worry that Mel is burying herself in work in order to avoid dealing with her health issues.
The Manscapers take on their next clients in Brooklyn, who also happen to be Mel’s good friends. James & Mel butt heads over his concerns that they will lose money instead of being able to grow their business. Meanwhile, Garrett struggles with his work life balance and Mel finally decides to address the pain she’s been feeling with a doctor’s visit.

With their business growing rapidly, they decide to do some much needed team building and finally lay down ground rules for the Mannies, but can they go from friends to bosses overnight? Meanwhile, Mel’s doctor calls her with unsettling news.

They must learn to juggle their burgeoning business as they have booked the biggest job of their careers: a One-Million Dollar job with St. Germain Liqueur. Meanwhile, Mel waits for results on her biopsy.
After successfully completing their first million dollar job with a leading liqueur, the Manscapers find themselves pulled in different directions as James is still stuck in the clouds from their success. They find themselves pulled even further apart when it comes to hiring their mannie, Paul for their project with Connie & Steven, who moved to the suburbs looking for a pastoral retreat. Things finally come to a head as Paul can’t help himself and defies Garrett & James.
The Manscapers are challenged with their biggest task yet - creating a minimalist space for Mel’s friends Nayla and Kevin, which is totally out of their comfort zone. Meanwhile, James is excited to take on a big project - a World Pride float for a hotel giant. He struggles with focusing on the residential jobs, pushing the Manscapers further and further apart.
A massive challenge awaits the landscapers when they are asked to design a Japanese garden for an ultramodern home in the Hudson Valley; James further alienates himself from his business partners with dreams of heading west.
The Manscapers take on one of the most logistically challenging jobs of their careers at a remote location on Fire Island. Garrett decides to surprise his long-time boyfriend, Andrew with an engagement proposal. The Manscapers reach a final crossroads regarding the future of their business. Will they go their separate ways?
