In the context of the timeframe this show was made I surely understand the reasoning behind the episodes. They were giving nods to many things popular. However, with villains like Shame one wonders if it wouldn't haven been better to make less episodes and have better villains. But that's todays point of view.

This episode didn't quite sit well with me, as if this is a forced western/superhero crossover episode and the show's making use of the set from a western series that was just cancelled. Shame is far from memorable as a "Batman" villain next to the popular villains like the Joker.
