PAST COMES BACK TO HAUNT AMY
With Marcellas's harsh words still ringing in her ears, Amy mumbles to Roddy that she understands being nominated, but wonders why the speech had to be so cruel. Marcellas says later that he considered his words to her an "intervention" of sorts, but Roddy thought it was "unnecessary and flat-out selfish" to hurt someone like that. Amy stays at the table, staring into space while Marcellas confirms to Danielle that he still wants Roddy to be the one to go. Inside, Lisa comforts Amy, who says she expected to be nominated but didn't expect the speech Marcellas made at her expense.
Roddy confronts Marcellas about the motivations behind his being nominated. Marcellas responds that it was the will of the House. Roddy asks Danielle, who is sitting nearby, if she felt that way.
