Today, I'm given an excuse to (probably horrendously incorrectly) attempt some French - both the language and cuisine. An iconically challenging but ironically simple dish becomes the sole phrase in Dexter McPherson's normally-stacked vocabulary, the admittedly-seductive-sounding "omelette du fromage".
