This show just keeps getting funnier and funnier. Blackadder coming into money only to have it taken by the Queen no matter what is a ridiculous premise, but it works in the world of the show. The series has nailed the dynamic between Blackadder as the snarky heel, Baldrick as the good-natured dimwit, and Percy as the chipper fop so well at this point that each plays off the other pretty flawlessly. The Black Monk is broad, but still has a legitimate menace to him that makes things fun, and the Queen's court and their practical jokes were a nice addition to the episode as well. The actress who plays the Queen absolutely owns the entitled brattiness that makes the character so bubbly yet worrying.. The ending was a little silly, but all-in-all it was a very funny episode.
(As an aside, I didn't really care for the random hobo in the graveyard, though I assume that's a riff on old Shakespeare tropes. Also, "If I wanted a lecture on the rights of man, I'd have gone to bed with Martin Luther" was a great line.)
