Dan Donnelly comes to the aid of a young mum in Leeds after a burglar steals her children's toys. Care worker Ashleigh is so upset that she's thinking of leaving the estate where she's lived all her life. Dan is determined to make her home more secure so that she can feel safe again. And West Yorkshire Police get a lucky break with their investigation into the crime.
Meanwhile in south Wales, Keeley Donovan is helping Bill, whose home has also been burgled. Among the items stolen is a ceramic money box which he uses to collect 50p coins to buy his grandchildren treats. Keeley gets stuck in to upgrading Bill's security, including some emergency work on a wonky back gate.
