As much as I love Kristin, I don't like this Season - it's too personal for my taste.
A home visit before the baby is born, intimidating a lawyer - I knew it would happen but hoped I was wrong.
Considering that they didn't live in Millwood at the beginning of the season and didn't talk about moving the solution should be simple enough: Move out of their jurisdiction.
Family services is usually totally underfunded - its unlikely that they can convince another city's department of the necessity based on a single ANNONYMOUS report on someone with an open lawsuit against them.
Anyone with 2 braincells knows that there is nothing to investigate.
Its also inherently stupid to tie funding to the amount of dismembered families. But I guess thats the message the season tries to get across.
With this off my chest - I absolutely hate this season / The previous seasons were fun, this one is just devastating.

Really liked this episode as a conclusion to what’s passed. Teared up in many scenes especially the final monologue. The trauma theme was done so well and Kreuks performance was fantastic.
