Doctors treat Craig, a window-fitter who has fallen from a ladder and has been knocked unconscious. He has a huge gash to the back of his head but the medical staff are concerned he may have also seriously injured his neck and spine. Meanwhile, advanced nurse practitioner Dave Sagol meets 61-year-old June who has been rushed into the hospital with swollen legs and having difficulty breathing.
