All personally ranked (including CGI tv shows and movies with a more animated style) on what I feel are best in a general sense with a combination of all their parts for example not just the animation or the story but all of it in combination everything that makes up an animation. ANYTHING that makes it here has a few reason its underrated in its genre.

Literally what it says on the title; no time for a show that's not too bad but also not exciting at all. My "Plan to Watch" list is, hopefully, full of better shows than these.
