Cesar Millan is on a mission to find perfect homes for "unadoptable" dogs. Follow Cesar as he searches for a new Pack Leader for Rosie, who's been in and out of shelters and has developed some bad habits. She's lovable despite her issues, but there's one problem: she's a Staffie! This breed has a bad rep in the U.K., but Cesar shows that it's not about the breed; it's about the human who handles the dog. He's determined to help Rosie overcome her bad habits and find her the home she deserves.
Cesar Millan takes on a big, strong black Labrador crossbreed named Jet that is so unruly he scares away possible adopters at the shelter. Jet travels to Spain, where hopeful contenders will learn how to teach him some basic manners and control his puppy-like behavior. Cesar evaluates how the candidates approach and leash the excitable Jet, and how they handle his obsession with toys, before determining which is best suited to become Jet's new pack leader.
Brigadiere is a mixed-breed dog that has been in a shelter for six months. He was wandering the streets when a woman found him and wanted to keep him, but he tried to bite her. Timid, insecure and fearful of people, he needs a leader who has real patience and understanding . Cesar watches as the candidates practice "no touch, no talk, no eye contact", and observes as the candidates try to pet and brush him, before deciding which candidate is the best match for the highly fearful dog.
Harry is an unlucky basset hound that was sent to a shelter when his owner passed away. At age 7, he's an older dog set in his ways, and his poor social skills have made it hard to find him a home so Cesar may be his last hope. Cesar first asks the candidates to put Harry on a leash and introduce him to other dogs, and then they must walk him in potentially stressful situations. After reviewing everyone's approaches, Cesar must choose the best candidate to see Harry through his golden years.
Miles is a stray mutt often seen roaming the streets near garbage cans, looking for his next meal. He has developed some bad habits, especially food aggression, and Cesar determines Miles needs to learn some basic manners. Cesar challenges the candidates to approach Miles calmly and return him to his kennel as smoothly as possible, then to touch and groom him in a way that does not cause him discomfort or alarm. The candidates who impress Cesar move one step closer to taking Miles home for good.
Online dog adoptions don't address the dog and owner's compatibility, which can lead to serious problems. That was the case with Amigo, a greyhound that was adopted by a well-meaning woman in the Netherlands. She wasn't a strong leader, and Amigo became aggressive on the leash; he even attacked several neighborhood dogs. Amigo's owner realized he couldn't handle Amigo and sent him back to the shelter. Now, Cesar meets three different families to find Amigo the strong leadership he needs.

On this episode, Cesar meets Mambo, a Jack Russell mix with a Napoleon complex. He had so much energy his former owners couldn't control him and now resides in a shelter. Before presenting him to eligible families, Cesar takes him into his Dog Psychology Center and uses his pack to teach Mambo how to behave. After they meet Mambo, the candidates must show their skills at a park where Mambo would typically cause aggravation. Cesar must pick which family is best for this little bundle of energy.
