The Hoppers discover that Pastor Roseboro's goal is unachievable unless they can get him to focus on making repairs and upgrades to his current church, find someone that he can delegate responsibility to, and then grow his congregation by delivering two services on Sundays instead of one.

The Hoppers focus on rebranding the church as a safe and non-judgmental place that bikers would feel comfortable worshiping in.

The Church Hoppers visit the Jesus Christ Full Gospel Church at the request of Pastor Michael Hedgecoe and quickly find that it's a house divided. Tension exists between Pastor Hedgecoe and his associate pastor and the sermon feels negative and unwelcoming. The Hoppers hope to turn this situation around by bringing these two men together in a series of missions to lead the church in a revival.

Pastor Stafford reveals to the Hoppers that ZBET is struggling financially, but most of the congregation is unaware of these difficulties. In order to help ZBET, the Church Hoppers need Pastor Kevin to open up to his congregation about the church's situation. Then the church will need to do some serious fundraising so they can begin paying off their bills.

The Church Hoppers venture to the sunny shores of Venice, CA. to meet Rabbi Fink at Pacific Jewish Center, aka the “Shul on the Beach”. Rabbi Fink has called the Hoppers to help the congregation grow in numbers and diversity. The Hoppers note that Rabbi Fink is significantly younger than the congregants and is missing an opportunity to bring in new younger members. The Hoppers will focus on getting Rabbi Fink to embrace his unique surroundings by making a splash in his community.
