Huh... Is this... Is this quickly turning into a soap opera, instead of it being a spy show? Have Amazon fooled us all?
Did they seriously just made Nadia and Kane parents? What high level agency would even allow the possibility that for their highest tier operatives? One more episode and then I will backstop this horrible first (and hopefully last) season of Citadel from my memories.
I'm starting to suspect that neither of them was the traitor but they're trying to make everyone think it was one of them.
P.S.: It's funny that all villains end up mentioning Brazil at one time or another. Brazil is not a mess, people!! It might even be a mess, but only we can say that. lol
This is a bit silly now. I've got enough investment now to finish the season - don't think I'll be back for a second though...
all Russos' production seem to have silly camera angles. First the topsy turvy angles in The Grayman and now this.
And it would work except the show is silly. Show has lot of soap opera style reveals.
It took a few episodes to become clear, but this show has the world-building and sophistication of a Moore-era Bond film, but it thinks it's a Bourne film.
All the dry earnestness of Bourne, none of the grit.
All of the camp silliness of Bond, without the wit or charm.
I'm enjoying the twists and turns and the surprises.!
So, Nadia destroyed that super powerful key? Right. And of course, she was pregnant. And that terrorist is her father... yawn... and they discuss all that while standing outside the facility they just raided and found Carter in... Stupid anyone?!?
33 minutes, including summary and opening credits, not including end credits... And what's with those upside down camera angles?
