Commissioner Jordan shines the signal to call City Shark – by accident. Or was it!? Only the lonely and needy Commissioner knows for sure (It wasn't an accident).
A new villain has surfaced, so the Commissioner calls upon the city's masked vigilante to take him on. Oh, and to also maybe come hang out with him and his daughter. You know, casual like.
While throwing back a few, a drunken City Shark reveals his origin story to an even more drunk Commissioner Jordan. Who doesn't love origin stories? Spiderman fans, that's who.
Tragedy strikes our heroes. A family member has fallen, and now Commissioner Jordan and City Shark must deal with their grief in the aftermath. We also learn a bit about the layout of Commissioner Jordan's home!
I don't want to give the game away on this episode... but if the first four episodes of City in Crisis were the equivalent of Star Wars “A New Hope” and “The Empire Strikes Back”, this episode is all “Return of the Jedi” - complete with a cute, little person in costume!
It's been 6 months since Commissioner Jordan and City shark have spoken, but as a threat from our masked vigilante's past arrives in the city, the shark-signal lights up the night sky. Fun Fact!: A human can only live 6 days without water.
It's getting a little crowded on the rooftop these days as a new hero arrives to offer City Shark a hand. Likeness to any other superhero is purely coincidental.
