San Francisco shopaholic Deanne has been a collector since she was 13 years old. Her addiction to flea markets and garage sales has left her in major debt, and her sister Sherri has even had to step in and bail her out in the past. Unfortunately, Deanne's credit cards are maxed out again--but that hasn't stopped her from buying more punk rock memorabilia and hand-me-down clothes. Sherri has stopped coming over to visit even though she only lives five minutes away, and Deanne's roommate Athena has sunken into depression. Deanne blames the mess on her frequent traveling agenda, but Sherri and Athena claim it's been awhile since Deanne has really left the house.

In this year's Messiest Home special, Lisa Arch and the "Clean House" team discover a dysfunctional mother and two bratty daughters who are drowning in a home overflowing with clutter. Lillian is an unhappy single mom dealing with two ungrateful children who treat her with no respect. Her kids feel that her compulsive shopping habit has spiraled out of control, yet they don't offer to help clean up around the house. The mess is so filthy and out-of-control that the crew calls in Vicki Gunvalson from "The Real Housewives of Orange County" for backup. Knowing that Lillian needs both a home and life makeover, Vicki not only helps this mom clean up her act, but also find a job and finally put an end to her unhealthy marriage of 17 years. Will the team finally help bring this mom and her daughters back together--or will all of this clutter chaos tear them apart?
