That was painfully beautiful, specially coupled with the piano in the background reminding me of "The Winds of Winter".

Though I really like Richard Schiff, I can't get it out of my head that his character stated something that Toby never would have. How could it be possible for the Prime Earth (I guess that's what it's being called?) to achieve all those technological advances with less human resources and while dealing with a pandemic and their Earth couldn't do the same and had to rely on the cooperation with Prime to achieve them? Or are they saying that those achievements could only happen in the first place because of their trials and tribulations?

Amazing episode nonetheless.

That PSA in the movie theater and the Prime World's strict laws concerning public health hit very differently three years after this episode premiered. What happened there was definitely much worse than what we in the real world have been living with for the last eleven months or so, but just imagine how differently 2020 would have played out with those rules in place.

I'm confused: who wrote that letter? Emily from our side? She already knew Howard from their side? So, "our" Emily isn't really who we think she is and she's involved in all of this? How did the Emily from the other side get a hold of such letter? It probably didn't help that I slept a little bit during the episode (due to tiredness, not the episode itself, the episode was great)...

According to the information here, this episode aired on February 5, 2018. Did an idiot from the World Health Organisation see the PSA from the alternate timeline as working instructions to design our COVID mandates? I can't help but wonder, while watching this episode for the first time today in 2023.
