He's being accused of orchestrating a Prince Diane with his wife.

As for people crying about this should be a family show? Who says so? Not me. Yes the sex scene isn't something we see often. Of course there was a nearly identical scene in Jessica Jones between a man and women and I don't remember anyone crying about it.

If the nudity and F bombs in the first episode (of this season) didn't prepare you for what was to come, oh well.

People are crying over the sex scene, prolly cause it was 1: between 2 men (OMG WE"RE ALL GONNA DIE NOW) and 2: they were black (DIE DIE IN HELL HEATHENS) seriously? If it was between a man and a woman no one complained. Let's accept that there is a gay couple who likes each other (for now cause it's not fun to have happy couples) and move on? If it was a scene between 2 women no one would've cried either or a scene between a man and a woman. Honestly people grow the F up we live in modern times where anyone of any color can and is allowed to love each other as the way it should be! Luckily i dont see color with people or who they prefer sexually, i see a person. I am lucky!

This show would have never made it past pilot if Netflix was involved from the start. Wow, this really did become unwatchable trash.

Probably one of the most boring episodes of the show

Dishonest at best...if you're going to claim an "independent" viewpoint, then show that. But every aspect is liberal biased, including the "evil" republican candidate, Moss. The fact they're aggressively checking all the Hollywood boxes, (I won't point them out, because they are so obvious) is becoming so cliché, it's almost expected. But at least they do that honestly; it's unapologetic and in your face. As such, it's also tolerable if the characters and performances make it so. But I'm gonna be a dick about the independent thing; if you outright lie to me, I'm out. And yes, I've been here since the pilot...

Only reason why I‘m still watching is because I like to finish things.

Despite being in season 3, I still find it odd to see "Jack Bauer" as president and "Nikita" as the agent chasing bad terrorists

Boring, unnecessary gay sex scene since this is a family show, I really had a shame moment.

came here to say exactly what Andrew935 said...

it is one thing to suggest couples are being intimate as long as the scene is decent especially that this is a family show.. but another to actually show sexual thrusting!

I guess that's a Netflix addition to the show.

Even considering how the show started I am not sure it needs another terrorist thread.
