Systemically important - that's basically a license to do what you want. If your are big enough you can't be touched. Just pay a fine, that in relation to your income looks like a parking ticket, and carry on. Fully aware that you can do it again because you are systemically important. Politics and law enforcement won't touch you and talk jobs and economics. Regulators are in the backpockets of the ones they are regulating. The whole system is rigged. And there is not a damn thing we can do about it.
