A former secretary to a minister,who accused a hospital of illegal dealings,is diagnosed with an advanced cancer. A rookie surgeon Nishiyama wants to challenge the operation,but Michiko is appointed. But when it is found out the accused is a friend of the Chairman of Japan Doctors Club,Michiko is fired. Dr. Nishiyama reveals his hidden thoughts to Michiko and takes an incredible action.
