A New York man has been charged with second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and child endangerment after the devastating death of his 1-year-old twins. Juan Rodriquez was supposed to drop off the children at daycare, but instead, forgot them for more than eight hours in a hot car while he was at work.
