Parents-to-be Jessie and Eric get ready for major life changes that will inevitably occur as Jessie's due date approaches and Eric's chances of making it to the Super Bowl improve so much that being involved in the big game could become a reality.
Jessie has plans to record a new album, attend her baby shower in Nashville and travel to New York for the Super Bowl, but everything is jeopardized when she catches the H1N1 virus, a form of the flu particularly dangerous for pregnant women.
Jessie and her family travel to New York City with Eric, and while he focuses on the biggest game he will likely ever play, Jessie enjoys all the glitz and glamour that goes along with Super Bowl weekend in the Big Apple.
With the big game over and Eric's football season at an end, he is able to focus all of his energy on Jessie and her pregnancy, so baby preparations go into full swing as they get ready for the big day when they will bring their child home.
The baby's due date is quickly approaching, but the Deckers find themselves leaning on each other and their friends for comfort and support during a difficult period in which Eric's career is in flux and Jessie has a hospital scare.
