General Muir in Atlanta brings joy to the masses with their Festival of Heights, huge scratch-made latkes piled high with pastrami, cheese curds and schmaltz chicken gravy. Then, Doughnut Plant in New York City is lighting it up with the Menorah Ripple, a menorah-shaped doughnut packed with blackberry jelly with a cream cheese glaze.
