Richa wants to live life by her terms and she starts this journey in SVM’s Dental College Girls hostel. On her first day she meets sweet and innocent Milli but she doesn’t anticipate that she would meet Jo and Zahira, her seniors who rule over the hostel. Amidst all the drama, there has been a thief hiding in plain sight who steals clothes from all the girls in the hostel. Will Richa, Milli and Jo be able to find the thief? A fashion show during the college fest reveals an ongoing rivalry between the medicals and the dentals. Richa comes across someone special, Mili saves the day and Zahira and Jo come across an old enemy.
The SVM Dental girls have interesting weekend plans, but first they need to deal with the hostel in-time curfew. So they hatch an escape plan with the help of Jo and Zahira, but will they succeed ?
Richa and Mili are tired of being bossed around by Jo and decide to get her out of their room and back with Zahira. But first they need to know what happened in their past. Why did they fight to begin with ?
Just when Richa and Mili reach a dead end in their search for the truth, they realize that Aarav is the only one who can help them out. Richa decides to go on a date with him but, her actual plan is to find out about Jo and Zahira's past.
The universe of SVM dental girls' hostel sees a change. As Richa settles in the new hostel with her old friends, the hostel girls face a fundamental man-made crisis of our times. A practical Jo comes back with a plan to handle the crisis while Zahira fights to stand up against their age-old nemesis, Ramya Mantri who stands stronger with new aid.
As soon as the girls prepare to bring a change in their world, there is a breach. Richa, with her friends, plans to get Jo and Zahira together for the election campaign, but an invited Aarav gets into an unsolicited predicament. Zahira finds another cause for elections while Jo finds something bigger to fight for.
Jo and Zahira approach their goals in their own distinct ways. Zahira kick starts her campaign only to land herself in the backseat and face the truth about herself. Richa teams up with Jo while Mili sides with Zahira as a friend in need, only to be persecuted by trolls.
The strategizing in the war rooms goes on full throttle. As Ramya and the Dean plan out a bigger roadblock, Richa instigates Jo to make a choice for everyone and put aside the differences from the past. Jo reminds everyone of an uncared-for department, while Aarav helps Richa strengthen their vote bank. Mili gets to internalize the events around her for the first time.
The girls get too much served on their plate by the Dean that brings into question the priorities of being a student. Richa struggles through her commitments as she sticks to her one goal of winning the elections. Jo and Zahira go through their own redemptions.
It’s a new year and a new batch of students has joined the hostel. Ramya is still the popular one, especially amongst the juniors. Meanwhile, Zahira’s student council comes up with a plan to prove their worth and increase their vote count.

Due to frequent power cuts during peak summers, the girls at dental hostel are massively troubled and have turned against Zahira and her student council. In the meantime, Mili comes up with a plan to resolve the issue.

A mistake made by the student council blows up in their faces just a day before the fest, turning the whole college against them.
