Riddler realizes he misses Penguin. So was obvious to me all along that Penguin survived. Now he wants Nygma dead that Nygma realizes he loves him. He realized it as he pictured Penguin singing to him.
Okay this is getting bad but I can't stop watching lol. Penguin will wind up with Nygma after he obviously stops trying to kill him. Then things will get worse.
