It's a worldwide event celebrating the creativity of those who like to make things. We sent reporter Noam Kats to look at some of the ingenious - and sometimes quirky - ideas by Japanese makers. It's interesting to see how thanks to easily accessible technology, the power to create and innovate is, at least partially, sliding back into the hands of individuals.
