It's good that Bailey formed the committee to help her reach a decision regarding Warren, that way she didn't risk being too biased. And a 6 months suspension sounds like a fair punishment.
Callie is being so off this season... I like Penny, but I really don't see the chemistry between her and Callie.. and now out of the blue Callie wants to move to the other side of the country with her without giving a second thought about Arizona? It doesn't sound like her. Totally understandable that Arizona has started to look for legal advice because that is a big deal.

I mean, the grant is just for a year, what's a year in a grown-ups' life? Nothing! But that's an eternity for a child, so all this messing around is not justified, just take it on a long-distance for a year and if it doesn't work - than it wasn't meant to be. That's should be the reasonable approach of a sane person who is also a co-parent. Awful writing, tbh. If I had to play that character, I'd be really pissed by now (maybe she is, she has this absent-looking eyes recently, with real fatigue, circles under the eyes stuff). So maybe it's the end of the story for this character? And a poor one I must say.
Warren is really aggressive in not accepting his guilt and punishment, which only shows that he needs a time-out.

Okay. I've tried hard to like Callie with Penny but I just never have. I can't put my finger on why. I like Penny just fine as a person, her development as a doctor has been great. The actresses have zero chemistry though and look so unnatural together. Furthermore the characters themselves haven't shown much reason at all for being together. They just don't seem to fit?
It's not a case of missing Arizona I understand why that had to end. But this does not seem like a worthy relationship at all in comparison. So I'm supposed to follow this belief that's it's strong enough to warrant moving your whole life to the other side of the country? And to take your child away from her other parent? Nope!
This may be an overreaction on Arizona's part and I hope that meeting is just to get an idea of things but she's justified in being shocked as hell that Callie has made this massive decision without talking to her properly about it. Out. Of. Order, Callie!
