This episode should’ve been 2 separate episodes. They could’ve done an episode on cancellation culture and another about workplace culture.

Depending on the contract, Zoey sketch could be interpreted as company property. Esme could’ve served as an example of bosses who steal other people’s ideas. Zoey’s friends (who have more work experience than her) could’ve discussed this but instead they all acted as if they live in a perfect world. Making this about race, after the last 2 episodes, didn’t land well.

Luca was wrong to expose Zoey. He acted like a privileged, spoiled man that didn’t care he was hurting Zoey’s internship or her reputation, which could affect her future jobs. Aaron was right to call him out.

I feel like this show doesn't know what to do with its side characters. They just kind of serve as strawmen for Zoey's situation. Even with Jazz has a subplot going on, there wasn't a conclusion to it kind of just leaving it as a cliffhanger. Ever since Ana and Javi broke up, she has nothing to do. Vivek's character just kind of seems to have become a joke after his fallout with his Dad. Nomi hasn't really had anything to do since the episode where she had issues with the other girls.
