This felt a bit like a return to the Harrow of old. An interesting case, not much personal investigation... I liked it. I just hope that James will have some kind of proof that he's Harrow's son, or that Harrow at least asks for that proof before he lets himself get dragged into this mess.

Grace's marriage comes a bit out of the blue, the next trope to be filled (after Harrow's magically appearing son)... so that's a downside. And the peacounter for director? Could have done without that. I don't know why Grace needs to ask who she'd cut. It's clear that Harrow is the one that's in question.

I have to puke whenever the new boss comes into the picture - if she keeps this up she'll be the reason I ditch the show.

As much as I like Jolene Anders and Ioan Gruffudd in their roles, they don't make up for it.
Also: The "boss wants to bully out employee" story is old, boring and just infuriating at this point in TV history. Especially when it follows the character being wrongly accused (and subsequently suspended) a few Episodes before...
