I have to puke whenever the new boss comes into the picture - if she keeps this up she'll be the reason I ditch the show.
As much as I like Jolene Anders and Ioan Gruffudd in their roles, they don't make up for it. Also: The "boss wants to bully out employee" story is old, boring and just infuriating at this point in TV history. Especially when it follows the character being wrongly accused (and subsequently suspended) a few Episodes before...
