I loved the campfire scene. We got some much needed characterization for Fairley and Nichols.
And the Cotard's delusion case brought back some of the eeriness that the show has been missing since season 1.

I liked the camping sojourn and the case - again a nice ringback to the rather unique cases in season 1... but I still think that James is creepy.
