Finding that WAH is being locked up, MAN thinks that this is supported by PEI. Therefore, he leads the villagers to parade in the village to protest against PEI. At that time, PEI returns to the village and becomes the head of the bad guys. In fact, PEI is ordered by the emperor to return to the village to investigate the disappearance of CHIU and PO. He pretends to be mad. However, he knows that his sons-in-law, FOOK and CHOI, are very wicked. He secretly steals money from the gambling dens to help the poor, using the name of 'VAN CHE TO'. He then becomes the admirer of the villagers but the enemy of the bad people……
