You asked for it, and now here it is: footage from a recent Facebook Live, in which host Sean Evans answered fan questions about Hot Ones to mark the show's first 30 episodes. He tackles everything from how the wings are sauced, to dream guests, to behind-the-scenes stories of celebrity struggle. We'll put him back in the hot seat soon to tackle more of your burning questions.

In his off-week from Hot Ones, Sean Evans is on a mission to dig deeper into the Scoville world and track down some new contenders for the Season 3 hot-sauce lineup. Naturally, he heads straight for his chili-head guru, Noah Chaimberg of Heatonist in Williamsburg, to taste through some of the newest and most explosive bottles on his shelves.
