Single mom Marlene Boyd wants to live closer to her mom in northern California. Along with infant daughter Ella and two dogs, Marlene currently lives in El Dorado Hills, a suburb outside of Sacramento. However, she's looking to downsize into a smaller home and be closer to her family and Downtown Sacramento. Will she be able to find the right home in a rather desirable neighborhood?
