Fiances, Greg and Janelle, are looking for a home in North Carolina. She has her heart set on living in a southern-style home that she hopes Greg, who works in construction, can fix up. But he doesn't have the time to put sweat equity into a home and work a full time job. She wants lots of natural light for her photography studio, but Greg plans on buying shutters, and the darkest blackout curtains he can find.
